Easter is just around the corner and I wanted to create a fun Easter basket alternative. As the kids get older, I find that some of the cute things I used to do, don’t necessarily fit. We also have cut down drastically on candy and sugary snacks. Because of that, I needed Easter baskets without candy. That’s where these Easter buckets come into play. I love that everything has a place to store it after the day is done.
We are in the process of planning our first family trip to Universal Orlando and we decided to do a Harry Potter watch party. With our move to healthier eating, I wanted to do something with a healthier side. Normally our movie days include all the junk food the store sells. This time though, we’re working on making it healthy while still having fun. Check out some of the healthy Harry Potter snacks we made for our family movie night.

If you have been reading this site for a while you have probably watched as I have gone from a homeschool mom to a 50% homeschool mom. My son has decided in the coming school year he also wants to go to school. This left me with some questions about myself and this site.
