Brown Sugar Shake and Bake Chicken

  • Shake 'N Bake Original Pork
  • Chicken Breasts - Pick as many as you need for your family. I did a larger batch of 8 as I wanted to freeze the extra.
  • Onion Powder - 1 Teaspoon
  • Basil - 1 Teaspoon
  • Italian Seasoning - 2 Tablespoons
  • Brown Sugar - 1/2 Cup


  1. Start by mixing all of your dry ingredients in the provided bag. - Give it a good shake to mix it together well. Brown sugar can clump so you have to make sure to shake well to dissolve all the clumps.
  2. Cut your chicken into smaller pieces. We made small chicken nuggets so that they will be able to cook quickly.
  3. Once your chicken is done being cut up, coat your chicken. You will do this by adding small amounts at a time and then shaking well to cover.
  4. Place chicken on a greased cookie sheet. I used coconut oil but you can use the oil of your choice. Coconut oil is not required.
  5. Bake at 400° for 20 minutes or until completely done.
  6. Serve and enjoy.
