Strawberry Salsa Recipe

Strawberry Salsa Recipe perfect for toppings for burgers or for chips. This recipe is AIP, Paleo, and Gluten Free friendly.

  • 1 cup Strawberries
  • 1/2 cup Onion diced
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground Oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon parsley
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil


  1. Start by washing your berries. A simple water bath can take care of it.
  2. Chop up your strawberries in tiny pieces.
  3. Slice up your onions into small pieces.
  4. In a pan, add 1/2 cup Onion diced, 1 tablespoon honey, 1 teaspoon Balsamic Vinegar,
  5. 1/2 teaspoon ground Oregano, 1/2 teaspoon parsley, 1 teaspoon olive oil.
  6. Set the temperature at medium and simmer until onions are translucent.
  7. Add to your sliced strawberries. (Do not clean your pan. It's already well seasoned for your burger.)
  8. Mix together and serve as a chip dip or as a burger topping.
  9. Serve and enjoy.
