Easy Breakfast Sandwich Recipe

Ingredients

  • 18 eggs
  • 2 pounds turkey sausage
  • 2 loaves French Bread
  • 2 Cups Shredded Cheese
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder You can use onion. I just hate the texture so I use the powder.
  • pinch of salt
  • pinch of pepper
  • 1 tablespoon honey optional

Instructions

  1. Start by scrambling your eggs. You will add in your garlic, onion, salt, and pepper as you cook these.
  2. Slice open your bread. I like to mash mine in a bit so the ingredients sit on it better.
  3. Add your eggs and shredded cheese to the bread on a cookie sheet.
  4. Preheat oven to 425.
  5. Cook your ground sausage in a skillet until done. I like to add a tablespoon of honey to it to sweeten it a bit. This is optional.
  6. You will put your ground sausage on the other halves of your bread.
  7. Add a layer of cheese.
  8. Cook at 425 until cheese is melted.
  9. Join your sandwich pieces together.
  10. Serve and enjoy!
