Because of the popularity of the Harry Potter book and movie series, finding food that goes with it has become quite common. In fact, we love to make Harry Potter snacks for our movie nights. When researching food options for our movie nights, I realized there needed to be a home for all kinds of Harry Potter food. Harry Potter food ideas cover the internet. It can be a bit overwhelming when trying to plan to make a meal inspired by the books/movies. Don’t let that discourage you though. I have spent a great deal of time looking at Harry Potter themed food to find the best options for you to enjoy! Here are a few of the best Harry Potter recipes I see!

One of the most iconic things about the set design of the Harry Potter movies is the elaborate food sets they built. Incorporating food into the set naturally didn’t involve leaning on easy foods that were quick to mockup either. Instead, they leaned into the design to create a larger-than-life food world where everything looked amazing. It’s one of the main reasons that people look for ways to make the food at home. Here are a few highlights of the food found in Harry Potter movies and books!

When people start planning a trip to Universal Studios one of the first things they ask about is the Universal Orlando Harry Potter food. After all, no trip to Orlando is really complete without setting foot in Diagon Alley! It’s not just about the butterbeer, though they do have it in four different forms, well maybe five! Here are some of the Harry Potter foods at Universal!

• Wizarding World Roasted Potatoes from Simply Inspired Meals
  “The roasted potatoes are a side dish for many of the meals at the Three Broomsticks. They were tasty, crisp and delicious. My version turned out amazing, we’ve made them multiple times already and plan to make them again soon!”
