My husband is a big time foodie. He loves to try new foods and experience new things. On his last trip to Disney with our son, he tried the elusive Cheeseburger egg roll many of his friends love so much. To say he loved it is an understatement. This week I wanted to make something delicious for him and put together this cheeseburger egg roll recipe so he can have a taste of the parks at home.

Missing the Disney parks? This Cheeseburger Egg Roll recipe is EASY and is a little taste of Disney you can make at home for your family! Cheeseburger Egg Roll Recipe

I know this won’t taste exactly like the one in the park. I just hope that your family can enjoy a taste of the parks at home. I know that my husband and son devoured these! Even better, you can freeze the filling for future egg rolls or make these for Disney themed parties.

Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
2 tablespoons dill relish
1 tablespoon dill pickle juice
1/2 onion
Egg roll wrappers
1 teaspoon garlic
1/2 teaspoon pepper

Making the Cheeseburger egg roll filling

Start by browning your ground beef. – I find that having your stovetop set to medium and stirring often is a good way to get an even cook.

Knife with onion to be sliced up. - Missing the Disney parks? This Cheeseburger Egg Roll recipe is EASY and is a little taste of Disney you can make at home for your family! This easy recipe is the perfect appetizer or dinner recipe kids are sure to enjoy while parents will love them too! #Recipe

While your ground beef is starting to brown, cut your onion in half. You will want to dice your onions into small pieces. Smaller pieces will mix well with this recipe while larger pieces won’t work as well.

Add your onions to your ground beef and continue to cook your ground beef. – You will want to drain off all grease once the ground beef is browned completely.

Once your ground beef and onion mixture is done, add your pickle juice in and turn off the stove. – You want to make sure to stir in your pickle juice well so it coats your meat mixture.

Add your mustard to the mixture and stir well. – If you want to tweak your flavors on this, you can try a different variety of mustard.

Add your relish in as well and mix well. – You can add more or less relish depending on how much of a pickle lover you have in the house.

The final thing you will add to your meat mixture is garlic and pepper. – While I am normally one to overdo the garlic on any recipe, I recommend tasting it as is before adding more garlic than I specify here. I’m already pretty heavy-handed with garlic as is.
