Homeschooling in Central Florida can be a lot of fun. We are surrounded by theme parks, zoos, museums, and so much more! I spent some time on the phone this week speaking to some of the local attractions. I have together a list of Central Florida homeschool discounts and group rates for you. I will continue to update these as I receive comments from you and contacts from local attractions that would be great for this list. Central Florida Homeschool Discounts and Group Rates
M.O.S.I. Homeschool Discount
Homeschool Family Discount – Provide Proof of homeschooling in the form of a letter of intent or FPEA card.
Discount provides you with 50% off a Basic Family Pass. A family membership includes 5 people for $62.50. A family of 8 would be $77.50. Any additional children would be multiple passes. Membership would include access all exhibits as well as kids in charge and planetarium and exclude Imax and the ropes course. Touring exhibits are on a case by case basis.
Crayola Experience Homeschool Rate
Group – Groups of 15 or more $9.99 per person. Free group leader. Additional adults at the same rate as the students.
Lunch – $4 per person choice of cheese pizza or hot dog and a soft drink and 1 side.
Payment – 25% deposit required to hold date and time. Final payment is due upon arrival.

Gatorland Homeschool Offerings
Group Rates – Call and set up with the Gatorland staff.
Florida Resident through end of May 2016 get 50% off of the visit.
Skeletons Homeschool Days
Homeschool Adventure days can be found on their website. It is $25 for a parent and child team. Each additional child is $10. They spend some time teaching the children based on the topic of the month. Book in advance in order to secure your spot.
Florida Aquarium Homeschool Discount
Group – Monthly homeschool classes, eco trip or a lab every other month, homeschool day in October $5 admission for homeschool families.
Glazer Children’s Museum Homeschool Discount
Group – $6 per student 1 to 10 ratio. At least 10 kids for the discount. $10 per adult.
Orlando Science Center Group Homeschool Rate
Group – 15 people tickets are $15 each.
Explorations V Lakeland, Florida
Group – 10 or more children field trip reservation – 2 hours – $7 per child and 1 adult is free and the other adults are $7. $25 deposit taken off on the day of the field trip. One person that facilitates field trip.
Kennedy Space Center Homeschool Group Rate
Group – 15 Children in the group. $21 per student. Middle school and high school kids 1 to 10. Elementary 1 to 5 ratio. Elementary 1 adult to every $21. Middle school and high school 1 to 10 get 1 adult at $21. All additional adults are $50.
