The holidays are here and with it come cocoa, cookies, and candy canes. I decided it would be a lot of fun this year to do a candy cane slime for the kids. Not only do they get the fun of a fluffy slime, but they also get the fun of a wonderful peppermint smell while they play with it. This is a fantastic Christmas slime for sensory play or as a gift.
This week my son and I picked up a really fun book at the library knowing that Thanksgiving is coming. The name of the book is Balloons over Broadway. It is the story of the man behind the Macy’s Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons. Before he created the balloons, he was very interested in making marionettes.
