Over the last couple of years, the area of Disney has seen a massive infusion of new restaurants, fresh entertainment, and unique attractions. Boasting everything from upscale steak and seafood joints to quick service restaurants, Disney Springs most assuredly has something for almost every budget and taste. Blaze Pizza is a quick service restaurant in the Towne Center area of the Springs. Boasting a claim to get your pizza fired up and served up hot and fresh in a matter of minutes. Bug and I were extremely hungry and though I had previously been there one time before I wanted to see if they were consistent in terms of quality and also see how he would enjoy it for his first go round.

Blaze Pizza Disney Springs Review
Blaze Pizza Line
In our opinion, the people at Blaze have making their artisanal pizza down to a science. As you walk through the door you are handed a menu so that you can familiarize yourself with the menu and know what you want prior to getting to the ordering area. They were very similar in this regard to Voodoo Doughnuts in Universals City walk. Due to the sheer volume of people being serviced this is key to keeping the line moving.
Wait times can vary. The day Bug and I went we literally walked up and In. However, that was 11:30 am on a weekday. The first time I went to Blaze was with R a few months ago and that was a weekend and at night. If I recall correctly we waited about 10-15 minutes as it was really busy.
This also lined up with Meagan’s experience when she went as well. Again, this line moves quickly so if you see a line don’t let that deter you from jumping in. Once you are being served the staff at Blaze puts on the sauce, cheese, and your toppings as you move from station to station. Once you pay, drink stations are to your right where they have a variety of fountain drinks and in my opinion what steals the show are their own drink mixes and lemonades

Inside Blaze Pizza
Inside the restaurant, it is very quaint. Whereas other places at Disney Springs like the Edison and Jock Lindsey’s are heavily themed and have a lot to look at Blaze is cut a dry pizza restaurant. That’s not a knock on it but in my opinion, it is not designed for you to linger.
Though you do not feel rushed and people are not hounding you to move the restaurant has a feel in my opinion that you get your food, eat and move on.
Seating inside is somewhat limited. Bug and I found a seat inside with no problem but on both of our other trips, Meagan and I found ourselves outside where there was ample seating and to be honest it was a little bit quieter as our conversations did not have to contend with the constant commotion of people cooking and coming and going…

How is the food at Blaze Pizza in Disney Springs?
One would think that as fast as Blaze cranks out their pizza that they would have to inevitably have to sacrifice the overall quality of the final product. This is absolutely not the case! As I said earlier we have been here collectively 3 times as a family and every time we have loved it. We usually get two-topping pizzas and have switched ingredients and it has consistently been great.
Another nice thing about Blaze is their drinks. The Blood Orange Lemonade and the Sunset Punch Aqua Fresca were two of our personal favorites. Bug and I felt they really complimented the food and to be honest were really refreshing on a day in September where temperatures were still creeping up into the 90’s.
Lastly, in terms of price point, this is one of the restaurants in the Springs area where you truly can get your bang for your buck. Our two top pizza and the drink were about $13. We split the pizza and for us we found it to be quite filling.
Final Thoughts
Simply put we love this restaurant. Particularly on busy nights, they seem to keep things moving at a brisk pace but manage to not sacrifice the quality of their final product. Coupled with their variety of house-made drinks this pizza place has a great unique flair that truly warrants its place in the Springs area. It is definitely worth checking out!
A few questions we get asked:
Does Blaze Pizza have gluten-free pizza? – While they do offer a gluten-free vegan pizza, they can not guarantee there will not be cross-contamination due to the nature of the Blaze fast fire signature pizzas.
Does Blaze Pizza accommodate food allergies? –
“As with any allergy concerns at Disney, ask for a manager. They will use fresh pans, change gloves, pull from the back if cross-contamination is a safety issue. Any time it’s busy, it’s a little harder and you will have an extra wait but seems worth it to me to be safe.” – Jess from Moms in a Magical World
How far is Blaze Pizza from the Walt Disney World theme parks? – The restaurant is in Disney Springs. Most parks will have a bus that can take you to the springs as well as most Disney resorts. Check with your resort for bus schedules.
Is Blaze Pizza build your own? – While you won’t be the one building your pizza, you will be the one who decides which toppings go on it. Think of it as a custom pizza you don’t have to prepare.
Does Blaze Pizza accept Disney Dining Plans? – The following plans are accepted:
