This slow cooker mojo pork recipe takes me back to Miami every time! When I was 17 I moved to Miami. I spent many great years there and that is where I met my husband. We left Miami for Central Florida but there was one thing missing from my life. I missed the amazing Cuban food. I put together this crock pot mojo pork recipe as a way to get my fix of Miami from home. The best thing about this recipe is that it is crazy easy and really forgiving.

  • In the morning fill your crock pot to cover the roast with 1 part Mojo and 2 parts Water. You will want that water as the citrus flavor gets stronger as it cooks.
  • Cook on medium for 6 hours.
  • When it is done use a fork to shred your pork.
  • Bag up the leftovers and freeze. – Make sure to portion it out for your family size.
